Connie Jean Davis, age 67, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2011 in Heber Springs, Arkansas. She was born July 23, 1943 in Heber Springs, Arkansas to Anderson and Lue Jenkins. She loved flowers and gardening, and especially loved her children and grandchildren. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by one daughter, Anett Bennett of Drasco, AR, two sons, Dewayne Acree of Heber Springs, AR, and Jerry Acree and wife Michelle of Heber Springs, one brother, Claude Jenkins and wife Ann of Heber Springs, and sister-in-law Wanda Jenkins, five grandchildren, Shannon Dollar and husband Matt, Jonie Decker and the late J.D. Decker, Nickie Acree, Jennifer Acree, and Melissa Acree, six great-grandchildren, Alan Dill, Mason Decker, Alton Dollar, Felix Anderson, Alvey Dollar, and Dayton Decker.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, the love of her life, Elze Lee Acree, three brothers and one infant sister.
A Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. with a Funeral service following at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be at 4:00 p.m. at Kensett cemetery, in Kensett, Arkansas.
