Cloyce Wayne Ezell

Cloyce Wayne Ezell, age 67, of Heber Springs passed away September 5, 2009 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Little Rock. Born March 9, 1942, in Ida, Arkansas, he was the son of the late Thelma Dill and Marion Daniel Ezell. He was a retired self-employed stone mason and one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

His hobbies included CB radios and fishing. As a youngster he always carried a sling shot in his back pocket and consequently became know as “Slingshot”.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Melvin Ezell.

Survivors include his wife, Cathy Aaron Ezell, whom he married January 8, 1972; two sons, Ricky Ezell of Heber Springs and Keith Ezell and wife Melynda of Batesville, AR; three daughters, Kellie Brewer and husband James of Arlington, TN, Heather Ezell of Arlington, TN and April Ezell of Heber Springs, AR; two grandchildren, Auburn Martz and Saralyn Ezell and many friends.

A memorial service will be conducted 7:00 pm, Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at the Kingdom Hall with Joe Taschetti officiating.
