Charlotte R. Decker, age 58 passed away Thursday, January 13, 2011 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born June 4, 1952 in Heber Springs, Arkansas to Ernest and Wanda Harlan. Charlotte was a homemaker who loved her family, her church and playing music, and also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary in her church.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Reverend Tim Decker of Center Ridge, AR; her Mother, Wanda Harlan of Heber Springs, AR; two sons, Jeremy Dale Decker and wife Holly of Center Ridge, AR and Aaron Wayne Decker and wife Taiah of Greenbrier, AR; three grandchildren, Faith and Hannah Decker of Center Ridge, AR, and Aiden Decker of Greenbrier, AR; two brothers, Roger Dale Harlan and wife Linda of Drasco and AR, Stephen Wayne Harlan of Pheonix, Arizona; two sisters, Karen Sue Schaumlefel and husband John of Quitman, AR and Leeann Marie Martin and husband Kenneth of Heber Springs, AR.
She is preceded in death by her father, Ernest Wayne Harlan; her maternal grandparents, Gordon and Blanche Bittle and paternal grandparents, Jefferson and Pearl Walker.
A memorial service will be held January 22, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sunny Slope Baptist Church, in Edgemont, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers donations can be made at any Centennial Bank for the Angel Whispers Scholarship Fund.
