Betty Jean Thomas

Betty Jean Thomas, age 75, of Prim, passed away at White River Medical
Center in Batesville, Arkansas on  February 10, 2010. She was born
July 22, 1934, in Prim, Arkansas,  the daughter of  the late Amanda
Carlton Hipp and Benjamin Hipp. She was a member of  the
Hilltop
Holiness Church
in Prim.
Betty enjoyed her family, quilting, sewing and gardening.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Pauline
Liles and great grandson, Kolten McClain Morgan.
Survivors include her huband of fifty eight years, Billie Bryan Thomas;
two sons, Randy Wayne Thomas  of Heber Springs, Arkansas and David
Bryan Thomas of Prim, Arkansas; two daughters, Judy Gail Turner and
Loretta Faye Hartwick both of Prim, Arkansas; two sisters, Dell
Crockett of Searcy, Arkansas and Georgie Everett of Prim, Arkansas;
four brothers, Jearl Hipp of Peoria, Illnois, Chester, Otto and Otis
Hipp all of Prim, Arkansas; eleven grandchildren; twelve great
grandchildren and many friends .
Pallbearers are Chis Hartwick, Ben Hartwick, Tyler Thomas, Derrick
Turner, Blake Thomas and Tim Morgan.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Friday, February 12, 2010, at
the Hilltop Holiness Church in Prim, Arkansas.
Services will be 10:00 am, Saturday, February 13, 2010, at the Hilltop
Holiness Church in Prim, AR with Brother Dennis Knapp and Brother
Tommy Toliver officiating. Burial will follow in Everett Cemetery near
Prim, AR.
