Betty Frances Goode, age 64, of Ida, Arkansas passed away July 1, 2009 at Baptist Health Center in Heber Springs. Born October 14, 1944 in Velleta, California, she was the daughter of the late Viola Keck Brown and Dave Brown. She was a homemaker and of the Assembly of God faith.
Her hobbies included sewing and singing gospel music.
Survivors include her husband, Douglas C. Goode whom she married in 1961; brother, John Brown of Drasco, Arkansas; sister, Mary Sellnow of Drasco, Arkansas and many friends.
The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Friday, July 3, 2009 at Heber Springs Funeral Home Chapel. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, July 4, 2009 at First Assembly of God Church in Pangburn, Arkansas with Rev. Charles Taylor officiating.
