Betty Irene Conrad, of Mountain View, age 82, passed away January 5, 2011 in Wilburn, Arkansas. She was born October 30, 1929 in Carlisle, Pennsylvania to Frank and Jessie Conrad. She was a home builder, bookkeeper, and a homemaker, and after the death of her husband in 2002, she moved to Mountain View to be with her daughter, where she found caring friends and neighbors and became a member of the First United Methodist Church in Mountain View.
She is survived by three daughters, Patricia Conrad of Aurora, CO, Carolyn Glassco of Jacksonville, FL, Karen Moore and husband Gene of Wilburn, AR, one brother Paul Linsenbach of Carlsisle, PA, three grandchildren, Stacy Glassco of Jacksonville, Florida, Nicole Conrad of Wasilla, AK, Alexander Conrad of Wasilla, AK, one daughter-in-law, Michelle Brass of Wasilla, AK, one great-grandson, Tyler Button of Jacksonville, FL, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Howard William Conrad, her son Larry William Conrad, and her brothers, Frank and Donald Linsenbach.
