Bennie Earl Jarman, a Union Pacific Railroad retiree and US Airforce veteran, age 68, of the Prim area died July 17, 2009 at his home.
Bennie was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin and Eleanor Jarman; his first wife and the mother of his children, Linda Reed Jarman.
He is survived by his wife of fifteen years, Shirley Latting Jarman of the home; Son, Benjamin Thomas Jarman of Heber Springs, AR; step-son, Mark Latting and wife Cindy of Cabot, AR; daughter, Cynthia Merz of Memphis, TN; brothers, Major and wife Page and Robert and wife Rebecca; sister, Dorothy Piner and husband Jimmy all of NC; five grandchildren; one step-grandchild; a host of nieces and nephews, and many, many friends.
